PromptsEra does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. The App is fully functional without any registration.

User-Uploaded Images: If you choose to use our “Image to Prompt” or “Combine Images” features, the App will request permission to access your device’s photo library (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES or Android Photo Picker). We only collect the specific photos you manually select and upload for the sole purpose of analyzing them to extract and generate text prompts.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information
The following data may be collected automatically through third-party services integrated into the App:

  • Usage Data: General information about how you interact with the App, collected anonymously through Firebase Analytics.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (collected by Google AdMob for ad serving purposes).
  • Advertising ID: Google Advertising ID (GAID) used by AdMob to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements.
  • Crash Reports: Anonymous crash and performance data collected via Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability.

2.3 Locally Stored Data
The following data is stored exclusively on your device using SharedPreferences and is never transmitted to our servers:

  • Your credit balance and daily streak count.
  • Your prompt generation history (including text extracted from images).
  • Recently used generators.
  • App preferences and settings.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and improve core features: Generating AI prompts via the Gemini API, including analyzing your selected images for the “Image to Prompt” and “Combine Images” tools.
  • To process your photos securely: Images are analyzed in real-time to extract styles and text prompts. We do not store, sell, or use your photos for any other purpose.
  • To serve advertisements through Google AdMob (Banner Ads and Rewarded Ads).
  • To monitor App stability and fix technical issues via Firebase.
  • To enforce our App’s credit and daily reward system stored locally on your device.

4. Third-Party Services
PromptsEra integrates the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data they collect:

4.1 Google Gemini API
We use the Google Gemini API to process your inputs and generate AI-powered prompt suggestions. When you use our text generators or image tools, your input text and/or selected images are securely sent to the Gemini API for analysis. This data is processed in real-time to return the prompt result and is handled according to Google’s privacy policy.

4.2 Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App, including Banner Ads and Rewarded Ads. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID and device information to serve relevant ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.

4.3 Google Firebase

  • Locally Stored Data: All data stored locally on your device (credits, streak, history) remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the App’s data.
  • Images: Photos uploaded for the “Image to Prompt” and “Combine Images” features are processed ephemerally (in real-time). They are not stored, saved, or retained on our servers.
  • Third-Party Data: Data processed by third-party services (Google Gemini API, AdMob, Firebase) is subject to their respective data retention policies. We do not store any personal data on our own servers.

6. Children’s Privacy
PromptsEra is rated for Everyone and is suitable for users of all ages. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through our App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We use Firebase App Check to prevent unauthorized access to our backend services and ensure image uploads are transmitted securely.

8. Your Rights
Since PromptsEra does not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to delete or modify on our end. However, you can:

  • Revoke Permissions: You can revoke the App’s access to your photo library at any time via your device’s settings.
  • Clear Data: Clear all locally stored data by going to your device Settings > Apps > PromptsEra > Clear Data.
  • Opt-out of Ads: Opt out of personalized ads through your device’s Google settings.
  • Uninstall: Uninstall the App at any time to remove all locally stored data.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
